Partnering with their communications team, the NAM advocacy organization grew its social media presence on Facebook and Twitter by 50,000 followers each, modernizing the way it interacts with supporters and drives them to take action. By comprehensively overhauling their advocate database, implementing innovative technology, and leveraging data to drive decisions, the team restored their organization as a grassroots leader in Washington, DC.
